Research peptides are sold into a regulated grey area. Everything sold is for laboratory research only, not for human or animal use, and the store carries a legal obligation to make that unambiguous before anyone sees a product.
That creates a direct conflict with commerce. Compliance friction usually kills conversion, and most stores either bury the disclaimer where it protects nobody, or make it so heavy the shop becomes unusable.
The second problem is trust. A buyer comparing suppliers has no way to judge what is in a vial. Purity claims are easy to make and impossible to verify from a product photo, so the store had to make verification part of the buying experience rather than a line of marketing copy.
In shortA regulated product where the legal disclaimer usually kills the shop, and purity claims cannot be judged from a photo.
We put an age and use verification gate before the store. A visitor confirms they are over 18 and acknowledges that products are for laboratory research only, not for diagnosis or treatment, before reaching any product. It is a hard gate, and it is the correct place for that friction.
Purity is then evidenced rather than claimed. HPLC-verified purity above 99 percent, third party laboratory testing and certificates of analysis appear directly under the hero, so the proof arrives with the promise rather than three pages later.
On the commerce side we built a full WooCommerce store: customer accounts, wishlists, product comparison, quick view, sale pricing with visible original prices, free shipping thresholds, and a launch discount code. Product naming carries the compound and the dose, which is how this buyer actually searches.
A VIP capture offers a discount code in exchange for signing up, with explicit consent language for automated marketing messages.
In shortA hard verification gate at the only point it matters, purity evidence directly under the hero, and a full WooCommerce store behind it.
Compliance and commerce now coexist instead of fighting. The gate satisfies the legal obligation at the only point where it matters, and once past it the store behaves like a fast, modern shop rather than a document.
Purity evidence sits where a comparing buyer sees it, which shortens the trust conversation for a product nobody can assess by eye. The catalogue is structured around compound and dosage, matching how the customer searches.
The owner manages products, pricing, discount codes and content in house on WooCommerce.
In shortCompliance satisfied without turning the store into a document, and proof placed where a comparing buyer actually looks.
