Who we are

One partner, from wireframe to live site

Softsolo is a small studio built around a single idea: the people who design the work should be the same people who ship it.

Most agency projects change hands halfway. A studio designs it, a separate team builds it, and the details that made the design good quietly disappear in between. Nobody is accountable for the finished thing, and the client absorbs the difference.

We kept the team deliberately small so that handoff never happens. The designer sits in the build decisions and the developer sits in the design reviews, which means what you approve is what goes live. It is also why most of our work arrives from teams whose previous build stalled somewhere between the two.

We are not trying to be the biggest agency in the market. We would rather be the one you can actually reach on a Tuesday afternoon when something needs deciding.

Before you ask

What does a project actually cost?

It depends on scope, platform, and how much research the work needs. Tell us the goal and the deadline and we will give you a realistic range in the first reply, before any call. After scoping you get a written proposal with deliverables, timeline, and a fixed price. The number in the proposal is the number you pay.

You have no client logos. Why should I trust you?

A fair question, and we would rather answer it than fill the page with logos you cannot verify. What we offer instead is a fixed written scope before payment, full ownership of source files and repository at launch, and a direct line to the people doing the work. Judge us on the scoping call, which costs you nothing.

How is this different from a design agency?

Most agencies hand you a Figma file and a recommendation. The build then goes to a separate team who did not sit in the design decisions, and quality drops in that gap. We design and build with the same people, so what you approve is what ships.

How long does a project take?

A focused landing page or store build usually runs two to four weeks. A full site with research, custom design, and development typically runs six to twelve. We commit to a date in the proposal and flag risk early rather than at the deadline.

Can you work with our existing site or team?

Yes. We take on redesigns, rescues of half finished builds, and support alongside an in house team. For existing sites we audit first, so we know what is worth keeping before recommending anything be replaced.

What if it goes wrong?

Scope and price are fixed in writing, so overruns are our problem rather than yours. You own every file from day one, so if you ever want to take the work elsewhere nothing is held hostage.
