A small studio, built to finish what it starts
Softsolo designs and ships digital work for teams who need the result to survive contact with production. We stayed small on purpose, because the size is what makes the promise possible.
Most agency projects change hands halfway. A studio designs it, a different team builds it, and the details that made the design good quietly disappear in between.
That gap is where the work loses its quality, and nobody in the chain is accountable for the finished thing. The studio points at the build team, the build team points at the file they were handed, and the client absorbs the difference.
Softsolo exists because that problem is structural rather than personal. The way to fix it is not better handover documents. It is not having a handover at all. So the people who design your project are the people who build it, and what you approve is what goes live.
Staying small is the trade we made for that. We are not the right studio for a fifty person programme of work, and we say so early. What we are good at is taking one project seriously from the first wireframe through to a site your own team can run afterwards.

Four things that do not move on a project
No handoff
The designer sits in the build decisions and the developer sits in the design reviews. Nothing is thrown over a wall, so nothing gets lost crossing it.
Scope before money
Every project starts with a written scope and a fixed price. If we estimated badly, that is our problem to absorb, not a change order for you.
Built to be handed over
You get the source files, the repository, and documentation at launch. If you ever want to move on, nothing is held hostage.
Honest about fit
We turn work down. If a project needs a bigger team or a different specialism, you hear that in the first reply rather than three invoices in.
Jayed Hosen
I scope every project personally and stay on it through launch. If something is going wrong you hear it from me early, not at the deadline.
I started Softsolo after watching too many good designs arrive as bad websites. A project is not finished when the design is approved. It is finished when it is live, fast, and your own team can edit it without calling us.
You will deal with me directly from the first call. No account layer, no handoff to someone you have not met, and an honest answer when the work belongs somewhere else.
Tell us what you are building next
A scoping call costs nothing and you leave with a straight answer on scope, cost, and whether we are the right fit.
