Ceramics studio storefront

The challenge

The catalogue sat on a marketplace that took a cut of every sale and gave the brand no control over how the work was presented. Product photography was the strongest asset and the template flattened it.

What we did

We built a custom Liquid theme around the imagery rather than around a grid. Collections were restructured by glaze and form instead of by SKU, and the checkout was cut to three fields.

The outcome

The team now runs seasonal drops themselves without a developer, and the store presents the work the way the studio photographs it.
